| 内容記述 | [Author abstract]In this paper, attention is focused on how water temperature affects the amount of the catch of Macrobrachium nipponense in the south-basin fishing grounds of Lake Biwa. The data used in the evaluation were the catch by prawn pots in three years (8 February-18 December 1987, 18 March-24 December 1988, and 18 May-3 December 1990). Pots without bait were set on the bottom spaced at about 2-m intervals at depths of about 2 m. The results suggested that the amount of catch was controlled by the water temperature. In this region, water temperature seems to be an important factor in the amount of the prawn catch.[著者抄録]琵琶湖南湖エビかご漁場での水温変動がテナガエビ漁獲量におよぼす影響につて検討した。本種は水温変動に対して適応的に対応するが、低水温は抱卵期間を増加させ、さらに発生した個体の成長に影響し、その結果は漁獲量変動に現れた。水温は漁獲量、組成に影響する重要な環境要因と推察される。 | |||||||||
