 note = {A live individual salmon was caught by a local haul net off the Isonoura coast, Wakayama City. The fish, about 20 cm in standard length, was identified by a photo as an Amago salmon, Oncorhynchus masou ishikawae Jordan and McGregor. It is quite notable that the fish seems to have migrated to this marine area while keeping fluvial characteristics on its body.
