{"created":"2023-06-20T16:34:22.911839+00:00","id":3561,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"b178f702-49f9-4cb3-9f62-4f289b00d305"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"3561","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3561"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kindai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003561","sets":["14:2667:2675:2679:2683","21:2669:2677:2681:2684"]},"author_link":["4263","4264"],"item_8_alternative_title_3":{"attribute_name":"その他(別言語等)のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Feed-back system based on cortical electrogram during deep brain stimulation in Parkinson disease"}]},"item_8_biblio_info_21":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2012-01-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"4","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"科学研究費助成事業研究成果報告書 (2012. )"}]}]},"item_8_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究成果の概要(和文): 頭蓋内脳表電極を用いて、基底核を刺激した際の大脳皮質の反応をとらえた。計画書にのっとり、全身麻酔下での脳深部刺激例に対し、脳表電極から、深部刺激中の反応を測定した。【方法と対象】進行性パー キンソン病に対し、全身麻酔下で脳深部刺激術を施行した。【結果】視床下核例では、運動野に留置された電極から、130Hz-160Hz 刺 激により20Hz での波形の増大をえた。刺激部位の違いも患側され、視床下核の背側の方がより20hz のパワーが高かった。刺激開始から、500msec での反応がもっとも認められ、この反応は、同側運動野、対側運動野にも観察することができた。淡蒼球例では、一定の特徴を得ることができなかった。視床下核の刺激が、一次運動野への神経ネットワークがあることが前年度のデータと比較しても、揺るがない結果であった。計画書では、オンラインでの慢性脳波記録を麻酔下なしで行う予定であったが、症例がなく、計測、結果がえられなかった。しかし、これまでのデータを、オフラインで、脳波の再解析を行った、時間周波数変化だけではなく、皮質脳波から、適切な刺激によるとDC shift を示唆する結果を得た。    研究成果の概要(英文):It disclosed significant increase in the power of 20Hz frequency band in the primary motor cortex with high frequency (over 100Hz) of STN stimulation. This power increase became more prominent as the stimulation point moved from ventral portion to dorsal portion of STN, which also correlated with improvement of motor symptom of the patients.
