 note = {研究成果の概要(和文):高齢化社会の進展により救急医療の実態が変化して、新しい時代に対応できる救急医が求められている。研究にもとづく調査では、救急医療ニーズの変化に医療の供給体制が追いつかず、救急を担当する医師は不足しており、また疲弊している実態が明らかであった。救急診療におけるチーム医療の推進ができる救急医は重要であり、その開発について、蘇生教育における手法など具体的なモデルを本研究において提示した。研究成果の概要(英文): As aging in society proceed, emergency needs in Japanese society recently changed and new type of emergency doctors are required now. This study shows a shortage of emergency doctors and they are in heavy duties. The doctors those who can promote team collaboration in emergency patient care are required in the present time and in the future.
