| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文): 2005年からの5年間に34例の内因性心停止が大阪府の学校で発生し, 11例（32%）が社会復帰した. 23例（68%）が心室細動であり, 学校で心停止が発生した際には配備されたAEDの早期使用により予後の改善が期待される. 大阪府の学校1728校に医療緊急時の対応に関する現状についてアンケート調査を実施したところ764校（44%）から回答を得た. 医療緊急時の対応策を有する学校は64%であった. 95%の学校が職員に対するCPR講習会を開催していたが, 実際の心停止を想定した実地訓練については約半数の49%が未実施であった. CPR講習会のみならず, 医療緊急時の対応策に沿った想定訓練の実施が望まれる. 研究成果の概要（英文): We assessed the incidence, outcome, and characteristics of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) at schools in Osaka. A total of 34 non-traumatic SCA cases were observed during 5 years from 2005 and 11 cases (33%) survived without neurological abnormalities. Ventricular fibrillation or pulseless ventricular tachycardia accounted for 68% (23 of 34 cases). This finding suggests that early defibrillation by automated external defibrillators (AED) placed in schools could improve patient outcomes after SCA. We also conducted a questionnaire survey regarding the current situation of preparedness and medical emergency response plan (MERP) for SCA in schools. A total of 764 of 1728 schools (44%) responded to the survey. Sixty-four percent schools have established MERP for SCA, and 95% schools have provided cardiopulmonary resuscitation training to school staff in the previous three years. However, nearly half of schools (49%) have not conducted a rehearsal training for the worst-scenario based on MERP. | |||||||||
