| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：前立腺癌患者より末梢血を採取し、末梢血単核球細胞を遠心分離とHLA-A をanti-HLA-A11 ,-A31 ,-A33 mAb を使用しフローサイトメトリーにて同定しHLA-A11,-A31,-A33 陽性のものを対象とした。3 種類の前立腺癌関連抗原のクラスⅠ拘束性ペプチドを1抗原3～5種類合成しCTL assay にてEZHp_<733-741>ペプチドにて特異的CTLの誘導を確認し癌ワクチン療法に応用できるペプチド候補として予測される。 研究成果の概要（英文）：Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were obtained from prostate cancer patients. The PBMCs were prepared by Ficoll-Conray density gradient centrifugation. The expression of HLA-A11,-A31,and-A33 molecules on the PBMCs was determined by flow cytometry using these antibodies-anti-HLA-A11,-A31,-A33-and FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG monoclonal antibodies. 3 prostate cancer-related antigens prepared based on the binding motifs to the MHC-classⅠalleles. It is predicted as a peptide candidate that be identified induction of specific CTL with EZHp_<733-741> peptide in CTL assay, and can apply to a cancer vaccine treatment. | |||||||||
