| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：健常者を対象に、言語リハビリに頻用される3種類の言語課題を用いてfMRI撮像を行った。特に、「食べ物」などの意味カテゴリーからの語想起と、「（ ）を食べる」という手がかり刺激からの語想起（文完成課題）では、類似した語が想起されると考えられるが、これら2つの課題施行時の脳賦活部位には差異が見られ、後者の方がより右半球の賦活が確認された。このことから、言語リハビリにおいて、文レベルの発語につなげて行くには、右半球賦活が関与することが示唆された。 研究成果の概要（英文）：We showed the specific brain areas related with three types of verbal fluency tasks, respectively. Subjects were normal native Japanese speakers. We presumed that a subject would retrieve analog words for semantic verbal fluency tasks and sentence-complete tasks, respectively. However, comparing between results of these two tasks, the latter more activated the right hemisphere. From this result, we showed that the right hemisphere activity was important to lead aphasia patients to sentence-level performance. | |||||||||
