 note = {研究成果の概要（和文）：2006年12月に交通バリアフリー法とハートビル法を統合化した、「高齢者・障害者等の移動等の円滑化の促進に関する法律」（通称：バリアフリー新法）が施行された。このバリアフリー新法の大きな特徴として、配慮すべき障害は身体障害だけでなく、知的・精神・発達障害についても対象の範囲となった。本研究の目的は、これまで調査研究がほとんど実施されていない知的・精神・発達障害者の移動ニーズ、交通実態を明らかにすることが主たる目的であり、いくつかの調査研究を通じてそれらを明らかにすることができた。      研究成果の概要（英文）：In 2006, the "Act on Promotion of Smooth Transportation, etc. of Elderly Persons, Disabled Persons, etc." was enforced. This law targeted not only people with physical disabilities but also people with mental disabilities. In this study, the purpose is to clarify the needs of people with mental disabilities in the area of transportation.
