GFP expression vectors containing the sequence required for transposition were constructed and microinjected to fertilized eggs of red sea bream. GFP gene could be detected in fin sample of 12.4 – 14.7 % of the fish injected the vectors. This result suggests the integration of the transgene to genomic DNA. The transgene was also detected from the gonad of one of the fish.
