 note = {研究成果の概要（和文): 申請者らは医薬品ナノ結晶の新規調製法の確立を目的とし, シロスタゾール（CLZ）を含む高品質のナノ粒子含有分散液（CLZナノ結晶点眼液）の調製に成功した. また, これらCLZナノ結晶点眼液点眼は, エンドセリン-1硝子体注射によるラット網膜血管収縮を抑制することを明らかとした. 以上, シロスタゾールナノ結晶含有点眼液の調製方法を確立するとともに, 本点眼液が緑内障治療に有用である可能性を示した.                     研究成果の概要（英文): We attempted to establish a new method for preparing drug solid nanoparticles, and succeeded in preparing a high quality dispersion containing cilostazol (CLZ) nanoparticles. In addition, the instillation of the ophthalmic dispersions containing CLZ nanoparticles suppresses retinal vasoconstriction in endothelin-1-injected rats.
