| 内容記述 | In recent years, the situation in the Middle East surrounding Iran has changed remarkably. In January 2021, the administration transitioned from President Trump to President Biden in the United States. President Biden made his first trip to the Middle East after taking office. Shortly thereafter, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Iran. The back-to-back visits to Iran by the United States and Russia indicated that the Iran nuclear deal, which was signed during the Obama administration in 2015, was in danger of collapsing. Diplomatic negotiations have been held with Iran to restore the Iran nuclear deal. It is feared that the outcome of this agreement will destabilize not only the Middle East region but also international security, and the situation has continued to be unpredictable. This paper looks back on the trends of the United States and Iran over the "Iran nuclear deal" and how the US and Iranian governments at that time led to the present. It also focuses on changes in the international situation surrounding Iran, and considers how the international community needs to deal with it in the future. | |||||||||
