| 内容記述 | [概要]日本では市民活動やその組織を支援する活動を行う組織を「中間支援組織」と呼ぶようになった。この用語は明確な定義や概念規定を欠いたまま普及し，定着している。このような「中間支援組織」の概念のある種の制度化によって，個々の組織が本来持っていた社会課題に対する認識やミッションが希薄化する危険性がある。本稿では，日本における「中間支援組織」のパイオニアと目されるアリスセンターの設立をめぐる背景やプロセスを分析することによって，今日の制度化された「中間支援組織」を解体し，今後の再構築のための準備としたい。この下編においては，まずアリスセンターの事業の変遷とそれに伴うメンバーの入替りの過程を記述する。そして考察として，アリスという組織がさまざまなバックグランドや意図を持った人びとが出入りしたこと，人だけではなくさまざまな組織がアリスと関係を持ち相互作用したこと，そして「中間支援組織」の制度化プロセスの流れに対して，アリスがそれに乗ったり抗ったりしたことを指摘する。 [Abstract] In Japan, organizations that support civic activities and their organizations have come to be called “Chukan-Sien Sosiki (intermediate support organizations)”. The term is widespread and well-established without a clear definition or conceptual definition. There is a risk that some kind of institutionalization of the concept of “Chukan-Sien Sosiki” will dilute the awareness and mission of each organization's original social issues. This paper aims to dismantle today's institutionalized “Chukan-Sien Sosiki” by analyzing the background and process surrounding the establishment of the ALICE Center, which is regarded as a pioneer of “ Chukan-Sien Sosiki” in Japan. By doing so, it is to reconstruct the way of civic activities and their support in the future. In this volume, we first describe the transition of the ALICE Center's business and the process of changing its members. Then, as a consideration, we point out that people with various backgrounds and intentions came in and out of the ALICE, that not only people but also various organizations interacted with the ALICE, and that the ALICE took part in or resisted the institutionalization process of “Chukan-Sien Sosiki”. |
