Many things affect health, one of them is lifestyle. Especially, lifestyle before becoming nursery teacher is crucial for working healthy as nursing teacher. The aim of this study was to investigate health and lifestyle for students aimed at nursery teacher according to questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey examined health condition, sleep condition for bedtime and time to sleep, dietary condition for presence or absence of skipping meals and frequency of breakfast and physical activity time. The results showed that there were some problems to be discussed about lifestyle for sleeping (e.g. late to sleep), dietary (e. g. skipping breakfast) and physical activity.
