[Abstract] In late years, tourists to be infected with infectious diseases such as malaria, West Nile fever and dengue fever, are increasing by the spread of overseas travel. Many of the mosquitoes that can transmit the mosquito-borne infections inhabit the tropical zone, and it is thought that an infected area enlarges it because their habitat is going to go north from a rise of the average temperature by the global warming. Evasion and killing of the mosquito become effective for anti-infections measure because there is not besides symptomatic treatment such as the transfusion and pyretolysis. Pyrethrin I, Cinerin I, Jasmolin I, Pyrethrin II, Cinerin II and Jasmolin II are compounds having insecticidal activity included in Pyrethrum, which has been used as raw materials such as insecticides. However, it is supposed a trend to nature ingredient recurrence so that cheap composition Pyrethroids is used for many of repellents by a problem of a price, and the example which has an influence on a body this is reported. This experiment was isolated six kinds of nature Pyrethroids than the extract which was extracted from Pyrethrum (Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium), and was examined each provided ingredient and insecticidal activity for the mosquitoes by the difference in mixture ratio, and was examined about the umu test for detecting the chemicals-induced SOS response. These results, suppressing the consumption of the eluent, separating objective compounds and defecating was performed efficiently by using GPC, compared to only using HPLC. It was indicated that the mixture components is had the synergetic effect, and it was indicated that the acetyl group is one of the important factors for suppressing the SOS-inducing activity on all mutagens. |
