In this study, we clarified that CXCR4, chemokine receptor, involve the interactions between TNBC and bone marrow stromal cells. In addition, the inhibition of CXCR4 suppressed the bone metastasis of TNBC. Therefore, CXCR4 induce interactions between TNBC and bone marrow stromal cells, and promote bone metastasis of TNBC.
