A previous report has suggested that several microRNAs in the brain might regulate Glucocorticoid receptor protein levels. In this study, we aimed to elucidate the Glucocorticoid receptor regulation mechanism in the brain and evaluate the effects of Yokukansan on Glucocorticoid receptor regulation.
