| 内容記述 | A hysteria-case which was at the first consultation diagnosed as pure absence owing to the clinical features is reported. One could not but regard the case as hysterical after due consideration of its later course, negative findings on the EEG of several times, the psychogenic fluctuation of seizures and placebo-effect. Case: 11 year old female. (IQ 124) Seeing a murder case report on television and successively calling to remembrance of her shock experience in the past, in April 1981 the patient became scared at something and sensitive to sound. At the same time she became absence seizures. In the unconsious state she gazed at one point and showed no response to any stimulations from the surroundings. The seizures occurred from many times to innumerable times per day. The patient was apt to refuse to go to school. From some psychological tests the typical character traits for hysteria resulted. | |||||||||||||
