| 内容記述 | [本旨]ヴェブレンは，わが国では，第一次世界大戦後に紹介されたが，彼を制度派経済学の創始者とみなし，ビジネスの経済学として検討する意義は大きい。本稿で検討した，シェルドンは，彼の著『管理の哲学』で，ヴェブレンが重要な用語として用いた，産業の総師（captain of industry），製作者気質 （workmanship），職人気質 （foremanship） や事業体（concern） などを用いる。しかし，ヴェブレンのように，アメリカの産業ではなくて，シェルドンは英国の製造業 （industry） での管理 （management） と経営管理 （administration）の機能を研究する。本稿の作成では，ヴェブレンでは，business management を経営管理と訳したにも係わらず，シェルドンでは，サイモンの翻訳と同様，administration を経営管理とした。しかし，本稿の作成により，シェルドンには，製造現場（ shop） を志向する，テイラーを批判する考えが存在することは確認できた。 [Abstract] Veblen, T. was introduced in Japan, after the first world war. He is the founder of institutional economic, but we must approach his writings from Business Economic. In this treatise, we research on O. Scheldon's book "The Philosophy of Management". He used terms "captain of industry", "workmanship", "foremanship" and "concern", which Veblen made them as key terms. Veblen inquired into American Business Enterprise, while Scheldon investigated the functions of administration in English industry. We have the problem awaiting the solution, when Veblen uses the term "business management", while Scheldon uses the term "administration", such as Simon, H. We can not distinguisch between their signication. We comfirmed that Scheldon has critical opinion toward Taylor, who aimes at Shop Management, by making this treatise. |
