| 内容記述 | [概要]KJ法は，創造的問題解決の方法論技法体系であり，手法としてはW型問題解決モデルが提示されている。筆者は，KJ法を実践する際の具体的な手段として，紙切れや紙の付箋などの物理的な媒体をこれまでに用いてきたが，新型コロナウィルス感染症（COVID–19）の影響により，複数人で行うグループKJ法では，オンラインでの実施を余儀なくされる事態となった。そこで，オンライン環境において，誰もが使用することができ，学習コストが少ないツールやサービスを用いたKJ法の実施可能性を検討した。結果，オンラインホワイトボードを用いることで実施可能であることを確認することができた。本稿では，その検討過程と手順およびTipsを報告する。 [Abstract] The KJ method is a methodology that can be used in creative problem solving. This method is based on the W-type problem-solving model. We use sticky notes when we do the KJ method face-to-face. However, due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection (COVID–19), we were forced to implement the KJ method online. Therefore, I examined how to implement the KJ method in online environment using services that anyone can use and that have low learning costs. I confirmed that the KJ method can be implemented by using online whiteboard. |
