 note = {[要旨]本稿では，企業アンケートデータを用いて，新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大に伴い，2020年４月７日から５月25日までに実施された緊急事態宣言時における企業のリモートワーク実施状況について考察する。具体的には，企業の業績管理やデータ利活用がリモートワーク実施状況にどのような影響を与えているかを，企業アンケートデータを用いて検証した。その結果，業績評価の評価要素・項目の設定と就業時間の管理，またデータ利活用の進展度が企業のリモートワーク推進や業務実施に有効であることを示した。
[Abstract] In this paper, we use corporate questionnaire data to examine the status of remote work implementation by companies during the declaration of a state of emergency from April 7 to May 25, 2020 due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection. Specifically, we examined how corporate performance management and data utilization affected the status of remote work implementation using corporate questionnaire data. As a result, we showed that the setting of evaluation factors and items for performance evaluation, management of working hours, and the degree of progress in data utilization are effective in promoting remote work and business implementation in companies., application/pdf},
