| 内容記述 | [Abstruct] We surveyed 1449 mothers who have small children and classified their life courses into 4groups. GroupⅠ: a group of mothers who have been working. GroupⅡ: a group of mothers who once stopped working but are now working. GroupⅢ: a group of mothers who have no intention to work but to stay at home to keep house hold. GroupⅣ: a group of mothers who have stopped working but intend to work when children grow up. Ikigai is classified into 4 factors. A : work, hobbies and etc., B : childcare, C : childcare and work, hobbies and etc., D : searching for ikigai. We examined these 4 groups on the relation between ikigai and the viewpoint of childcare anxiety and time perspective. In all groups mothers who have only ikigai of childcare or who have multiple ikigai including childcare have lower childcare anxiety than mothers who are searching for ikigai. GroupⅡ: mothers who have multiple ikigai including childcare reduce childcare anxiety and expand their time perspective. It is important to balance childcare and work. The relation between ikigai and childcare anxiety and time perspective depends on which group a mother belong to. | |||||||||
