| 内容記述 | [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to review previous domestic studies on childcare experience and learning. It is examined the achievements of research on in-service experience and learning of Japanese nursery teachers and future research in this field. The target is peer-reviewed papers published in domestic academic journals since 2000. As a result of the analysis, the main themes in the research so far were: (1) experience regarding the difficulty of Japanese nursery teachers, (2) reflection, and (3) the role of coworkers. Overcoming difficult experiences is an important trigger for the growth of nursery teachers. In addition, it was confirmed that the quality of reflection is also important, and that the presence of colleagues (especially for newcomers) is important as a condition to support them. | |||||||||
