内容記述 | [Abstract]This paper is a technological note of measurements of optical properties of solids. How to revise the measurements by a system of the light source spectroscope and photomultiplier is explained. The thermopile are used to determine the number of the photons per 1[sec] and I [m2 ] of incident light. The layout of the light systems for measurement of the emission spectra and excitation spectra are illustrated. The basic optical theories for the measurements of optical properties of solids are given. Reflectivity, transmissivity, refractive constant, absorption coefficient, optical density, complex refractive constant, extinction coefficient, complex relative dielectric constant and Kramers-Kronig relations are explained. The measurements of reflectivity to the crystal with the dense absorption and its analysis by the Kramers-Kronig relations give the values of the complex relative dielectric constant or the complex refractive constant. And therefore we obtain the absorption spectra. The plans of the cryostat for the measurements of optical samples at LNT and HeT are illustrated. | |||||||||
