| 内容記述 | [要旨]日本の大学では，政治学は法学系学部の科目であり，経営学系学部ではあまり教授されていない科目である。これは，政治学が社会や公共的な場を対象としたものであり，一つの企業を対象とした科目とは考えられていないからであろう。しかし，一つの企業においても政治はあり，経営に影響を与える重要要因の一つであると考えられる。そこで本稿では，政治学を経営学系学部で教授する意義について考察する。はじめに，日本の大学の現状について，いくつかの事例を見ることで政治学が経営学系学部で教授されていないことを確認した。次に，実際の経営において政治が大きな影響を与えている事例を見ることで，政治学を経営学系学部で教授する意義を検討し，二つの意義の存在が示唆された。一つは，理論と現実との間の差の中には政治があることを学生が社会に出る前に知ることができること，またもう一つは，研究においても政治学が貢献できる可能性があることである。 [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significances of teaching political science in business administration education. In Japan’s universities, political science is considered to be a subject in the faculty of law, not in the faculty of business administration. This is because political science is regarded as a study of society or the public. However, there exists politics in even a private company, which occasionally becomes one of the important factors that affects management. Thus, teaching political science in business administration curriculum in universities is likely to be worthwhile. Through some cases, it is implied that there are the following two significances. First, students can learn that politics is one of the factors that causes the difference between ideal world and real one. Second, political science may contribute to the development of some business theories. |
