| 内容記述 | [概要]本研究では，大学1年生のキャリア意識について検討を行うため，大学1年生のキャリア意識とサークル活動，大学生活の充実，親と将来についての会話との関連性について明らかにした。まず，近畿大学経営学部の１年生132名を対象に，質問紙による調査を実施した。データ分析の結果，キャリア意識において，キャリアアクション，キャリアビジョンの2因子を抽出した。さらに，キャリア意識と「サークル活動」，「大学生活の充実」，「将来について親と会話」と，どのような関連性があるのか検討した。その結果，大学１年生において，サークル活動などを活発に行っている，また，大学生活が充実している学生ほど，キャリアアクションの行動に影響を及ぼすことが分かった。また，将来について親と会話をするほど，キャリアビジョンに影響を及ぼすことが分かった。 [Abstract] In this study, in order to examine the career consciousness of first-year university students, we clarified the relationship between the career consciousness of first-year university students and club activities, enrichment of university life, and conversations between parents about the future. First, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 132 first-year students of the Faculty of Business Administration at Kindai University. As a result of data analysis, two factors, career action and career vision were extracted in career consciousness. Furthermore, we examined the relationship between career awareness and “circle activities,” “enhancement of university life,” and “conversations about the future with parents.” As a result, it was found that in the first-year of university, students who are actively engaged in club activities and who have a more fulfilling university life are more active in their career actions. In addition, the more they talked with their parents about the future, their career vision were cleared. |
