| 内容記述 | [概要]実践共同体を中核概念とするマネジメントのあり方について多くの研究が蓄積されてきた。本研究の考えによると，それらの研究には２つの傾向がみられる。ひとつは定性的調査が用いられていること，もうひとつは実践共同体そのものまたは実践共同体が研究対象とされ単一の実践共同内の構造にはほとんど注目がなされていないことである。実践共同体の概念は徒弟制組織をモデルとしているため，コアメンバー（親方）を中心とする周辺的メンバーによって構成されているという捉え方にとどまりがちである。本研究では研究者によって構成される実践共同体を対象に，定量的分析を用いた実践共同体の内部構造の分析を試みる。 [Abstract] Several studies have focused on management measures based on the concept of a community of practice. In my opinion, these studies have two tendencies: qualitative research is used and the subject of research is the community of practice itself. Hence, little attention has been paid to the management structure within a single community of practice. Because the concept of a community of practice is modeled on an apprenticeship organization, studies tend to be confined to the view that the community is composed of peripheral members centered on core members. The internal structure of communities of practice is analyzed quantitatively by targeting researchers’ community of practice. |
