 note = {https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-18K01823/, 研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究の目的は、外国人労働者が、単純労働者から高度人材に成長する際に、どのような要因がキャリア発達（成功）に影響するかを明らかにすることである。そこで、日本における外国人労働者の中で、特に日系ブラジル人労働者に焦点を当て、2018年度から研究調査を開始した。具体的には、文献レビューなどの先行研究の整理を行い、いくつかの理論的課題を検証するためにアンケート調査と分析を実施した。本研究を通して、彼（彼女）らのキャリアに影響を与える要因として、企業や職務への適合状況やキャリアの自己統制・戦略が重要であることが明らかとなった。研究成果の概要（英文）：This research examined what factors affect the career development and success for foreign workers toward becoming highly skilled professionals. We began this research focused on Japanese Brazilians workers from 2018. Specifically, we summarized the points of the previous researches and conducted survey research and analysis to confirm some theoretical topics.
