The purpose of this paper is to understand the leaders of the secretariat of the Bar Event Executive Committee. As a result of the survey, the following tendencies were observed.In Shiga, Hyogo, and Nara prefectures, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Town Management Organization (TMO) often serve as secretariats.
