Hopefully, we can show some issues and some effective operational methods in the future.We tried to clear the difference between our conventional educational system which reflected the characteristics of Japanese companies’ recruiting procedures like “new graduate recruitment “ and the advanced educational system corresponding to current radical social changes like various recruitment system.We are now facing some serious problems in Japan, including a declining birthrate and a decreasing older population. We keenly feel the need for the “next education system” in order to keep up with such current social changes.
