| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify effects of flood disaster experience on disaster prevention consciousness and activities, the local community, and to get basic knowledge for the formation of the local disaster prevention. As a result of having carried out questionary survey targeting at the inhabitants on the river basin of the Onga River system of Nogata-city where there was the flood damage in the past, the following things became clear. Having damaged experience or not and degree of the damaged experience, there is a difference in disaster prevention consciousness and activities, way of thinking about evacuation behavior and the rescue operation, and the local community life. The person with the strong disaster experience is positive generally in all. The fact that there is not a little a damaged experient in an area is connected in bringing up the leaders of the disaster prevention organization which became independent, if they can share the knowledge from experience in an area. To that end, it becomes important that they maintain the present community life and succeed. | |||||||||||
