| 内容記述 | The epidermis undergoes a constant renewal termed turnover. Disturbance in the turnover decreases moisturizing factors in the stratum corneum,which weakens the junction between the corneocytes in the stratum corneum and deteriorates their barrier function against the various environmental stimuli. Both exfoliating the old stratum corneum and supplying the moisturizing factors are important for the effective skin care. In this study we examined the effect of HONO cleansing massage gel provided by BJC Co., LTD. on the facial skin conditions of healthy women of various age from 20s to 50s. We observed statistically significant improvement in the all factors of the skin resilience after the use of 1 week, and recognized further increase after the use for 3 months. Water content of skin also showed significant increase depending on the duration of the use, and the amount of skin surface lipids gradually achieved to the optimal level. It was also suggested that the use of the gel restored even skin tone. These results indicate that the regular use of the gel not only improves the epidermal condition but also acts on the dermal resilience and the water retention. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
