| 内容記述 | [本旨]本研究では，近年増加の傾向にある１日インターンシップについて着目した。年々，1 日インターンシップを実施する企業，参加する学生は増えているが，実態調査はあまり行われていない状況である。そこで，本研究では，本学のキャリアセンターに訪れた中小企業118社を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，1 日インターンシップを実施している企業は，全体の６割であった。また，実施していない企業の理由としては，「受入態勢や制度が整っていない」，「実施を検討中」，「２～３日間のインターンシップを行っている」などが挙げられた。さらに，中小企業は，1 日インターンシップを採用の準備段階として捉え，多くの学生と接触し，企業へエントリーする学生を増やすことを目的としていることが明かになった。 [Abstract] In this study, we focused on one-day internships, which have been increasing in recent years. The number of companies and students participating in one-day internships is increasing year by year, but there are not many fact-finding surveys. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 118 companies that visited our University Career Center. As a result, 60％ of companies have a one-day internship. In addition, the reasons for the companies that did not carry out were “the acceptance system and system are not in place”, “consideration of implementation”, and “two to three days of internship”. Furthermore, it became clear that small and medium-sized enterprises saw the one-day internship as a preparatory stage for recruitment, and aimed to reach out to more students and increase the number of students to enter. |
