| 内容記述 | UV-LED has been attracted attention in the worldwide. UV-LED is emitted UV-C which is the high potential germicidal efficiency for microorganism, and UV-LED is expected to be applied to water disinfection because UV-LED can use UV near 260 to 280 nm, which has the highest UV absorption rate for genes. It is important to understand the effects and limitations of disinfection for pathogenic microorganisms on UV-LED. This study aim is to evaluate the inactivation characteristics of pathogenic microorganism with UV-LED irradiation. The UV irradiation experiment was performed to understand disinfection efficiency for pathogenic microorganisms was used coliphage MS2, Qβ, Staphylococcus aureus and antibiotic E. coli, which was detected from sewage as the indicator microorganisms. As the experimental results, when the coliphage MS2 and Qβ were used as indicator, the inactivation rate of irradiating low-pressure UV lamp was more than 1.2 times higher than irradiating UV-LED. Meanwhile, the inactivation rate of antibiotic E. coli was with irradiating UV-LED was more than 1.3 times higher than irradiating low-pressure UV lamp. | |||||||||
