| 内容記述 | [Abstract] This study is conducted in the "Practical training for childcare" class of the nursery teacher training curriculum. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of nursery schools, kindergartens, and early childhood education and care (ECEC) to investigate the ability and quality for newcomer childcare workers. As a result, newcomer childcare workers are highly evaluated for their practical abilities such as "Ability to practice childcare according to children's characteristics and individuality" and "Responding to Parents". As for their qualities, "Trust and responsibility for children" and "Awareness and sense of responsibility as a member of the organization" are highly expected. Compared to practical ability and quality, new employees are expected to have not only practical ability but also higher quality. It is also found in free answers that students should acquire the standard level of practical childcare ability and the code of conduct as a member of society before graduating from the childcare teacher training course. | |||||||||||||
