| 内容記述 | [抄録]長い間、日本の女性の働き方の特徴として、学校を卒業して就職するものの、結婚や出産というイベントに直面し退職する、そして、子育てが一段落したら、また働き始めるということが指摘されてきた。しかし、近年、このような働き方に変化が出てきた。すなわち、結婚や出産を経ても働き続ける女性が増えつつある。働き続けることはキャリアが長くなるということであり、女性にとってキャリアはさらに身近で大切なものとなってきている。そこで、本稿では、日本における女性の働き方の変化を様々な視点から整理しながら、女性のキャリアについての再考を試みる。[Abstract]For a long time, the work style has been a characteristic of the Japanese female workers.This is to say as following. Japanese women find a job at a company after graduation from school and work for few years. And, they retire for marriage or childbearing. After child care is over,they work again. But, in recent years, the number of women who continue working has been increasing regardless of marriage or childbearing.Their continued working will get their career longer. So the career will become more important and familiar to them.In this paper, I organize the issue about some changes of Japanese female workers and reconsider their career from various viewpoints. | |||||||||
