| 内容記述 | [抄録]本研究の目的は、大学１．２年生のロールモデルとレジリエンスが、キャリア探索に影響を及ぼしているのかを明らかにすることである。そのため、大学１～２年生に質問紙調査を実施し、２６４名を分析対象とした。パス解析の結果、ロールモデルからレジリエンスと自己探索へのパス、レジリエンスからキャリア探索（自己探索・環境探索）へのパスが示された。ロールモデルから環境探索へのパスは示されなかった。このことから、大学生のロールモデルはレジリエンスを媒介し、自己探索と環境探索それぞれに影響していることが明らかになった。ロールモデルは自己探索には直接の影響も与えているが、環境探索へは影響していなかった。特に環境探索には、レジリエンスの機能が重要であることが示唆された。[Abstract]The purpose of this paper is to clarify whether the presence of role model and the resilience of university students influence their explorations for career. The participants were ２６４ first and second year students in university. The results from the path analysis indicate a path from role models to resilience and self-exploration and a path from resilience to career exploration（self-exploration and environment exploration）. The path from role models to environment exploration is not significant.This reveals that university students’ role models mediate resilience and influence self-exploration and environment exploration, respectively. Role models also have a direct impact on self-exploration.but not on environment exploration. In particular, the results suggest that the function of resilience is important for environment exploration. | |||||||||
