@techreport{oai:kindai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00021515, author = {加藤, 恒雄 and 青木, 直大 and 堀端, 章}, month = {}, note = {https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-17K07627/, 研究成果の概要(和文):イネ極穂重型品種の登熟に関与すると考えられるAPS2,APL2およびSUT1座上のアレル1およびアレル2を2種類の遺伝的背景下でもつ準同質遺伝子系統(NILs)を育成した.また上記3座ですべてアレル2をもつ新規超極穂重型品種ツブマサリを開発した.これらのNILsを基に,登熟関連形質に対する各アレルの効果と相互作用を2年間に亘り検証した.またツブマサリの収量性を検討した.その結果,主としてAPL2-2,部分的にSUT1-2は,登熟を向上させる「良登熟型アレル」と推察された.一方,ツブマサリは,両親並みの収量性を示すに留まった.本品種の多収達成には,ソース能力等の改良が今後必要である.研究成果の概要(英文):This study evaluated the alleles 2 at rice APS2, APL2 and SUT1 loci for the improvement of grain filling of rice extra-heavy panicle types (EHPTs). Two sets of near-isogenic lines (NILs) with allele 1 (a counterpart of allele 2) or 2 at each loci under two backgrounds were established. Then, grain filling, ADPglucose pyrophosphorylase (AGPase) activity, protein and gene expressions in developing endosperm were examined. Results showed that mainly APL2-2 and partly SUT1-2 obviously improved grain filling. This increase would be resulted from the increasing AGPase activity, and expression of APL2 and SUT1 proteins. Therefore, APL2-2 and SUT1-2 would be alleles for good gain-filling, although it depended on the environments and backgrounds. A novel cultivar of super-EHPT, “Tsubumasari”, having alleles 2 at all of the three loci, however, could not show\ higher yield, due to lower grain filling.
