@techreport{oai:kindai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00021494, author = {柳, 雅也 and 白川, 治 and 細見, 史治 and 川久保, 善宏}, month = {}, note = {https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-17K10320/, 研究成果の概要(和文):統合失調症の病態を指し示すことのできるバイオマーカーを探すため、聴性定常反応を利用した脳波測定とnear-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)を用いた安静時脳血流の測定をおこなった。NIRSを用いた安静時脳血流では、安静時脳血流の定量法としてfMRIで用いられているamplitude of low frequency fluctuations (ALFF)やfractional ALFF(fALFF)の解析手法をNIRSに応用し、慢性期の統合失調症患者の前頭前野の内側部でALFF、fALFFともに減少しており、さらにALFFは幻聴の症状と負の相関を示すことを新たに見出した。研究成果の概要(英文):We measured the auditory steady state response (ASSR) using electroencephalography (EEG) and the cerebral blood flow at rest using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS)to identify a biomarker for the pathophysiology of the prefrontal cortex in schizophrenia. In the analysis of the cerebral blood flow during resting-state, we applied the methods of the amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (ALFF) and fractional ALFF (fALFF), which have been used in fMRI studies to quantify the resting-state blood flow, to the NIRS data.
