の歯原性腫瘍の分類において,　良性上皮間葉混合性歯原性腫瘍に分類され,　複雑性と集合性に大別される。また,　長径30mmを超えるものはまれであるとされている。今回われわれは,　右側上顎臼歯部から右側上顎洞にかけて突出した大きな歯牙腫の1例を経験したのでその概要について報告する。患者は19歳,　女性。歯科治療目的に近歯科を受診,パノラマX線画像にて,右側上顎洞に不透過像を認めたため,　精査加療目的に当科紹介となった。口腔内所見にて,　右側上顎第二大臼歯は完全埋状しており,　右側上顎第一大臼歯の遠心部から右側上顎結節にかけて無痛性で骨様硬の膨隆を認めた。パノラマX線及びCT画像にて,　右側上顎洞内に,　境界明瞭な塊状の不透画像を認め,　右側上顎第二大臼歯はその上方に圧排され,　深部埋状を認めた。右側上顎骨腫瘍の臨床診断の下,　全身麻酔下にて右側上顎顎骨腫瘍摘出術,右側上顎第二大臼歯抜歯術を施行。摘出標本は31X26X22mm大で,　病理組織学的診断は複雑性歯牙腫であった。現在,　上顎洞底部に骨再生を認め,　上顎洞穿孔は認めていない。術後感染や再発所見,　機能的な問題は認めず経過良好である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15100/00021262","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
