| 内容記述 | [抄録]神戸長田地区のケミカルシューズ製造業は、マッチ工業、ゴム工業にその由来を持ち、産業転換を経ながら同じ地域に産業集積が形成されてきた。産業集積は経時的に構造変化を経験し、経済合理性をもつことになる。しかし、その産業集積の成り立ちは地域の低賃金労働力を利用する意図が働いたことにあった。歴史的に植え付けられた社会的差別によって、地域住民に対して社会的な退出障壁が形成され、それが集積構造を維持させる一因となっていた。[Abstract]The shoes manufacturers that form a large cluster in Nagata area of Kobe City are derives from the match industry and the rubber industry. In the process of the formation of this cluster, the area have undergone several shifts of industrial conversion. The industrial cluster have gotten economic rationality, with industrial conversion. The industrial cluster formed by the intention of using low wages labor forces in the area. The barriers to exit for the inhabitants of the area had been formed by the social discrimination implanted historically.This was one of the factors to maintain the industrial cluster. | |||||||||
