| 内容記述 | [本旨]本稿では，１９６２年に第２版として出版された，フィッシャー著『経営管理の政策』（Politik der Betriebsführung）を，適宜に翻訳しながら，検討する。今日，大規模な経営では，上位と中位の管理階級はこの経営政策に協力しているが，まず，彼は，このような分業型の執行のために，総ての関係者の協働を可能にする，１つの方法論（Methodik）を叙述する。その際，計画と計画設定の間で区分することの必要性を指摘する。また，経営政策の最も重要な領域と内容を検討する。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we conducted research on Fischer’s book “the Policy of Business Management”, in German “Politik der Betriebsführung”, by discretionary translation. He published this book 1.ed., 1960, 2.ed., 1962. In modern big business, top and middle managers work togather under the business policy. He approached to refer about how all business menbers to work togather under the division of laber. He indicated that such approach are necesary to distinguish between plan (vision of the group) and planning (the way to achive such vision). He explaned main sphere and contents of business policy. |
