University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[要旨]サツマイモは主要な食物源の一つで、今後エネルギ一作物としての利用も期待されている。本研究では、効率的なサツマイモ栽培を目的として、養液栽培サツマイモ栽培における培地の種類が生育と収量に与える影響を調査した。試験培地として、小粒と中粒のパーライト、ロックウールおよびバーミキュライトを用いた。サツマイモ苗をそれぞれの培地が入った3.0Lの黒ピニルポットに定植し、サツマイモ用の養液栽培装置で栽培した。定植後100日目の植物体を収穫して測定したところ、塊根の重さや1植物体当たりの塊根数に違いは認められなかった。一方、塊根の外観はパーライト処理の2区で細長く、ロックウール区とバーミキュライト区で丸い形状をしていた。また、バーミキュライト処理区では、塊根表皮のアントシアニン含量が増加し、塊根の糖度が減少する傾向にあった。以上のことから、養液栽培の培地の種類が、塊根の特性に影響を与えることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
