University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[要旨]生分解性プラスチックの効率的な分解を目指して、ポリエステノレ系生分解性プラスチック分解菌の単離を試みた。植物葉表面、土壌、自然水などから得られた微生物群を、生分解性プラスチックフィルムの分解を指標としてスクリーニングした結果、プラスチックフィルムを分解できる微生物群がいくつか得られた。それらの中で最も分解能力が高い微生物群YHの中から、最も高いエステラーゼ活性を示す4A株を単離した。16SrRNA遺伝子の塩基配列や抗生物質への耐性とグラム染色の結果から、4A株はStenotrophomonas
