University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[要旨]生体内のタンパク質には、会合体を形成して働くものが多くある。また、正常な天然構造とは異なる、異常なコンフォメーションにミスフォールドし、病気に関わるアミロイド線維を形成することもある。これらの会合体の形成と解離は、タンパク質の構造状態変化のひとつである。圧力はタンパク質の構造状態を変化させることが分かつている。さらに、その変化から種々の熱力学的特徴が調べられる。今回我々は、βラクトグロプリン(βLG) の二量体会合系とαシヌクレイン(αSN) のアミロイド線維という異なる種類のタンパク質会合体の解離会合への圧力の影響をNMRを用いて調べた。これらに圧力印加したところ、αSNのアミロイド線維の解離は観測されたものの、βLGダイマーの解離会合平衡には影響が見られなかった。このような違いが見られた理由として(1)力学的圧縮による単量体構造の歪みの会合体全体への影響、(2)会合面の残基の水和体積の変化、(3)解離会合に伴う溶媒排除体積変化の違い、の寄与について考察する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
