Three aspects of ICT which are diffusion of broadband, accumulation of software industry, and cloud computing are testified. The main conclusion of this empirical study is that there is no effect of diffusion of broadband, and accumulation of software industry, and diffusion of cloud computing have the positive effects on productivity.
