Also, the studies of internships in Japan have been ranged over many subjects. However, there are very few the studies to examine internships in overseas, thus the purpose of this study is to review the internship in Japan and overseas. Therefore it revealed the history of internship to be promoted have difference between Japan and overseas. In Japan, internships have been promoted as a vocational education. On the other hand, in overseas, internships have been promoted as recruitment.
