In addition, we will introduce a future washing machine that was thought of in this process. In our seminar this time, we conducted collaborated research on Panasonic, a Japanese electronics manufacturer, and the washing machine for millennials, using service design. There, we thought of a method for college students, who are indeed millenials, to come up with the concepts and ideas of a washing machine by facing themselves alone.
