 note = {[要約]地方自治体では，職員の減少や働き方改革のうねりから RPA を活用する機運が高まっている。RPA は，定型業務の効率化に寄与すると期待されているが，多くの自治体は，何をどのように取組めばいいのかわからない状況であることが報告されている。本稿では，RPA 導入の糸口をつかむため，先進自治体に対するアンケート調査を実施し，その結果から取組実態を明らかにするとともに，今後の課題について考察する。
[Abstract] Local governments utilize RPA and gather momentum from the decrease of staff members and the wave of work-style reforms. RPA is expected to contribute to the efficiency of routine tasks, but it is reported that a lot of local governments don’t know what to do and how to work on the tasks.
