 note = {[概要]本研究では『地方公営企業年鑑』のデータをもとに公共下水道事業者の資本ストックの推計を行う。推計の期間は2003年度期首から2017年度期首の15年間である。推計の結果は次の通りである。第1に，実質投資額は事業者の規模に関わらず減少傾向であることがわかった。特に規模が小さい事業者ほど減少幅が大きいこともわかった。しかし，実質投資額は2012年度以降下げ止まる傾向にあることが明らかになった。第2に，実質投資額の減少を受けて実質資本ストックは緩やかに減少傾向にあることがわかった。規模別でみると，小規模事業者の実質資本ストックの減少幅が大きいことがわかった。
[Abstract] This paper estimates the capita stock of public sewerage operators based on the data of Annual Local Public Enterprises Statistics (Chihou-Koueikigyo-Nenkan). The estimation period is 15 years from the beginning of FY2003 to the beginning of FY2017. The results are as follows. Firstly, we show the real investment is decreasing regardless of the size of operators. Especially, the smaller the scale of operators, the greater the decrease of the real investment. However, we find the real investment has tended to stop declining since FY2012. Secondly, we show the real capital stock is also decreasing.
