| 内容記述 | [Abstract] From the necessity of corporate response to ESG, integrated reporting, and SDGs, the importance of corporate sustainable growth and medium- and longterm value creation has been recognized in Japan and overseas. Based on the awareness that the appropriateness of the company’s response to the sustainability context greatly affects the company’s sustainable development, in this paper, we theoretically seek to explore the strategy and management method to secure the company’s sustainability. We have theoretically considered issues and directions concerning the way of appropriate tension management and effective and efficient management control for developing a company’s sustainability strategy, with suggestions from previous research. [要約]ESG投資・評価，統合報告・思考，SDGs への対応の必要性からも，国内外で企業の持続的成長と中長期的価値創造の重要性が認識されるようになってきた。企業によるこうしたサステナビリティ・コンテクストへの対応の適否が企業の持続可能な発展に大きく影響を及ぼすという問題意識を踏まえ，本稿では，企業のサステナビリティを担保する戦略・マネジメントのあり方を理論的に探ることを課題とした。先行研究からも示唆を得つつ，企業のサステナビリティ戦略を展開するための，適切なテンション管理，有効的かつ効率的なマネジメント・コントロールのあり方に関する諸課題と方向性を理論的に考察した。 |
